“Trinity has created very special memories for me over the
years. My family and I have been
involved in pageants, Lenten programs and fairs, and I was a member of the
Junior Choir under the direction of Oyarma Tate. I love our community of faith.” Cheryl Memmott

Trinity Fair

Trinity Fair is our most important fundraiser of the year. The Fair is in its 103rd year, in one form or another. It’s usually held in September on a Saturday. The familiar marquis tents appear on the Town Green. One for the food (we serve a fabulous and famous blueberry pancakes breakfast), others to sell all the donated items. There’s something for everyone.
A committee works for months preparing for the day. Parishioners and townspeople donate good quality items for re-sale including glassware, china, jewelry, books, baked goods, plants, holiday decorations and toys. Town business people and some gifted and talented individuals donate gift certificates, new items and their time and services to raise money through a silent auction.
The day before and on the day there’s a buzz of activity stocking tents and tables. Kids, mums, dads, grannies, singles, couples, young and old, everybody helps. And then lots of people come. There’s fun for everyone. Come join us!
Donations are gratefully received. Items can be dropped off beginning in August.
